As has been the tradition in TICAL meetings since 2011, the TICAL2025 "Innovation that Transforms" program offers a high-level space for analysis and discussion on digital transformation in higher education and research. Through keynote lectures, expert panels, and thematic sessions, the event facilitates knowledge exchange, the presentation of innovative solutions, and the strengthening of strategic alliances. Aligned with the objectives of the EU-LAC Digital Alliance and the BELLA II project, the program fosters dialogue on the future of science, technology, and innovation in Latin America and the Caribbean.
