MBA in Project Management, Telecommunications Engineer, and currently pursuing a Master’s in Strategic Management of Telecommunications. He serves as Strategic Projects Manager at RNP.
He has extensive experience in the expansion of the Brazilian academic network, work with river networks, upgrading of the Brazilian academic backbone network, and negotiations with utility companies and operators. He also participated in a major pilot program for school connectivity.
His areas of specialization are telecommunications networks, project management, and negotiations.
