Master’s degree and specialist in Public Procurement, Specialist in Commercial Law, Business Administrator, and Lawyer. Currently Executive Director of the National Academic Network for Advanced Technology (RENATA).

He has led projects in information technologies, education, transportation, and infrastructure. With a distinguished career at the Ministry of Information Technologies and Communications of Colombia and other institutions, he has promoted initiatives in innovation, digital transformation, and institutional strengthening, consolidating RENATA as a key ecosystem for science and education in Colombia.

Lamk has served as Director of Communications and Infrastructure Industry, public management consultant, legal advisor for the digital industry, and legal compliance officer for the ICT regulatory framework. His areas of expertise include Information and Communication Technologies, Public Procurement, and Commercial Law.
