She holds a Master’s degree in Management and Design of Technological Projects and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Techniques. She has also completed specialized studies in IT Governance and Service Management (Escuela Superior de Redes Colombia – RENATA), Excellence Management (RedCLARA), and holds international certifications including the ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management, ISO 20000, and ISO 27000.

Currently, she serves as Operations Coordinator at the University Corporation for Internet Development (CUDI).
