Master’s in Cybersecurity, Master’s in Innovation for Business Development, and Computer Engineer. Certified auditor in SIM3 (Security Incident Management Maturity Model) and ISO27001. Currently collaborates as a Cybersecurity and Digitalization Expert with the World Bank Group and the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), as well as with the EU Cybernet, LAC4, EU-LAC Digital Alliance High-Level Policy Dialogue programs, and the Organization of American States (OAS); he also serves as LATAM Account Manager at the U.S. cybersecurity company DeepSeas.
He was Director of Digital Governance at the Ministry of Science, Innovation, Technology and Telecommunications (MICITT) and former Director at the Ministry of the Presidency of Costa Rica. Entrepreneur for over 16 years in software and information systems development. His areas of expertise include cybersecurity, digital transformation, and innovation.
