Master’s degree in E-Learning and Social Networks from Universidad Internacional de La Rioja, Specialist in Project Formulation and Evaluation from the Digital University Institution of Antioquia, and Systems Engineer from Universidad de San Buenaventura Medellín. He is currently the Director of Technology at U Digital de Antioquia.

He has served as Director of Technology, educational software developer, and digital content producer in various roles. He has led planning, management, and execution processes for technology projects that strengthen educational innovation. He has experience in university teaching, development of web projects in educational environments, and strategic management of Information and Communication Technologies. His areas of expertise include the implementation of digital education projects, the creation of learning models for e-learning, and the development of software and educational content.
