Starting July 22, early bird registration opens for the 2025 edition of TICAL, the conference that brings together leaders in digital transformation in higher education and research across Latin America and the Caribbean.

Early bird registration will be available until October 13, 2025, at a special rate of USD 100. After that, and until November 11, general registration will cost USD 150.

Under the theme "Innovation that Transforms," TICAL2025 will be a key space for sharing experiences, best practices, and reflections on artificial intelligence, academic networks, cybersecurity, open science, and other essential topics for the digital development of institutions in the region.

This edition will take place at the DoubleTree Cariari Hotel in San José, Costa Rica, which is getting ready to welcome participants in an environment designed to foster dialogue and digital innovation.

TICAL is organized by RedCLARA with the support of CONARE (National Council of University Chancellors) of Costa Rica, reaffirming the country’s commitment to digital transformation and regional cooperation in higher education.
